From Studies to Salary: Masterclass for Launching Your Therapy Career

Learn how to revamp your clinical job search so you can find a clinical role, start earning an income, and use your degree to help clients lead happier and more fulfilling lives.

Honey Dahari, licensed therapist

Hi, I’m Honey Dahari, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and believe me, I’ve been there.

I’ve experienced the struggles firsthand of finding a clinical internship with no experience, trying to find sites after graduation to finish my hours, and landing a role once my license came through. At first, I applied for literally hundreds of positions each week, struggled to get a call back or an offer for an interview. I quickly felt burnt-out with the intense job hunt experience.

Seeing my classmates and peers with the same struggles was demoralizing, and observing them change career paths because they couldn't finish their hours only increased that sense of hopelessness. And when I began to consider charting a different career path for myself, I struggled to answer the question "What can I do with my therapy degree besides for counseling?" But I’m here to tell you this: it doesn’t have to be that way.

I discovered the secret to transitioning from Student to Salaried, how early career therapists can land their clinical roles with no/minimal clinical experience, and applied it to my own career so I could finish my hours quickly, obtain licensure, and start earning a salary quickly. Today, I help hundreds of new and experienced therapists find their ideal jobs, so they can live fulfilling, happy lives.

The joy of bringing success to my clients, and knowing there is a desperate need for more therapists to help individuals and couples and families in their communities, is why I do what I do.

Because I believe YOU have a tremendously valuable skill set and can help make the world a better place - and that deserves to be elevated. I’m passionate about teaching and absolutely love seeing therapists - just like you - find that perfect spot where role and purpose align- and to help them get paid for it.

That’s why I’m sharing the step by step process that has helped me find multiple clinical sites early in my career journey.

It shows you exactly how to think like a clinical hiring manager (and incorporate all of that in your resume, cover letter, approach, and interview strategies) and establish authority (without any clinical experience.)

If you’re ready to land that clinical role that will have a big impact on your clients/patients, start earning a salary, and allow you to live the life you want to live, then this is for you.

This is for you if ...

You are in/graduated within the last 4 years from a Masters level graduate program for therapy, and are  trying to find a position that will give you clinical experience towards licensure.
